Shoc Munna thinks back to the days when he was “down to his last hunnit” in “I Ain’t Have Nothin.'” The New York native is also doing numbers on PlayboyGroc and BG’s “MOVE EASY.” 

“I get inspired to make music by my energy and the events that go on in my life,” he says. “Music is more of a safe place for me than anything. It’s where I’m most comfortable in my life.”

Jostled by an eerie trap beat, the rapper celebrates getting out of a rough patch. His achievements come from hard work and a newfound hustling strategy.

Shoc Munna exposes the envy that comes with being well-off. He also sheds light on women’s sudden interest after learning about his success.

“My message when creating my music is for people to not only relate to it but also hear my Life story,” he says. “I want them to be able to vibe to it, to become inspired by my sound, and maybe even think about making lit relatable music themselves.”
