Tekeo and Gyiyg call out certain individuals for moving funny in their single, “Adrian Adonis.” Combatting negativity and weird energy, the rapper spits about “hitting em’ with the RKO” should these people put him in danger. Aware of his prominence over theirs, he raps
“These n-ggas dusty as the f-ck so I ain’t got no remorse/Cause now the young man’s coming back to brush these n-ggas down player/Feel like Teddy Long giving 1 on 1s with Undertaker/Brutalize the storyline ya brains spilled on the line.”
After, the rapper speaks about keeping his nose to the grindstone. In essence, Tekeo does his part in working around the clock. But what also helps him get closer to his dreams is his lyrical wizardry.
He spits, “Try to keep a business mind in this lil life of mine/To scrape every dollar I can/I won’t lie/Spit like a machine gun I just keep coming/Like a drumline n-ggas know I keep on drumming/Drum work like Conway stunting like Lebron James.”
Elsewhere, Tekeo also raps,
“I had to make my own means, live like you ain’t know me.”
By the second verse, he vocalizes how it feels when nothing seems to work in one’s favor.
“Life is like the highway’ cept you’ll never get the EZ Pass/But it takes a toll on yo soul how you finna last?”
He uses a strong sense of vulnerability to show listeners his take on overcoming obstacles. From there, Tekeo reiterates why he’s a top charting artist. Moreover, he’s one in a million.
“TKO Ingora ain’t an average American/Pump that volume louder n-ggas p-ssy/Steven Crowder.”
Unlike other artists, the MC goes back to standing firm on being a hot commodity in the rap game.
“Giving y’all some heat I could write this in my sleep/Quarrel my sword n-ggas know I play this on repeat/Cut off ya head ya fam struggling to eat/’Cause the scene is so gruesome rap n-ggas can’t compete.”
