Single Review: Jordan Rys Releases New Single “Hold Tight”

Young Pop sensation, Jordan Rys, is releasing his new single “Hold Tight” on June 11th, 2021. After releasing several covers and remixes of popular pop songs and gaining quite a following, Rys released his first original single “She Want Me Bad,” in February of 2021. “Hold Tight” will be Jordan Rys’ second original single released. 

 

Jordan mixes urban elements with smooth vocal melodies to create beautiful pop music. Rys’ voice is an absolutely perfect fit for pop music, creating brilliant hooks and wonderful choruses that make his listeners want to sing along. 

 

“Hold Tight” shows Rys’ inspirations from many different genres in his music. You can hear classic rock influences from the guitar playing in the beginning of the track that fades in and out throughout the length of the song. As soon as Rys starts to sing you can hear his inspirations from R&B, Pop and Hip-Hop. The beat carries so much energy that it draws the listener in and Jordan’s voice keeps their attention. “Hold Tight” is a very modern pop song that has great vocals, awesome instrumentals/music, a catchy hook and chorus. This is a track that really speaks to the younger generations of today, with relatable lyrics and a modern take on Pop music. I really enjoy this track and can see it becoming a party anthem song.
