What makes this song FIRE?

Being a sad song with an upbeat and hard hitting melody. I feel like it’s the perfect way to relate to someone who’s feeling down in the dumps and uplift them into a better mood! Make it feel like someone gets them!

What project has set a FIRE to you to get done NOW?

I feel like each music project so far is getting done on time. However the one thing that’s put a lot of fire under me right now is transitioning out of my day job into doing music full time. It’s a very scary but necessary step that I gotta take, figuring out how to bring in new streams of income that’ll match my current income with my day job, so that I can keep making music (and the lights on). Can’t keep making projects without money lol!

Whose new beats that you can’t get enough of?

I stumbled across some of Ian Munsick’s music not too long ago and I can’t get enough of it! I love his Western sound! It brings back memories of when I lived in San Antonio. I especially love his collaboration with Cody Johnson “Long Live Cowgirls!” It’s pumping me up for my Texas tour in May!

What mantra do you want to repeat in this new year?

Keep working hard, but enjoy the present moment more. I have a tendency to think 10 steps ahead of every situation and forget to appreciate where I’m at now and how much progress I’ve made through the years. I’m working on that though!

Just more new songs, more live gigs, more online content, overall just more music!

How are you making BIG SOUND with your next sounds?

Just surrounding myself with a high quality team that sees a similar vision and works just as hard as me. You’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with!

How are you shaking up your career NEXT?!

I Just got back my next song from my producer that I’m releasing this summer and I’ve probably listened to it at least 100 times in the past 2 days since I got it lol! I’m literally addicted to it! I hope all my fans feel the same way when it’s out
