Rauly Returns For His Second Single “This Is Love”

Fullerton, California native Rauly is back with another jam.

 

Wow, that was fast! We learned about Rauly exactly a month ago when we covered his debut release “In The Eyes”. The song was full of emotion with lyrics that tug at your sweetest or darkest memories. Luckily for you, he is already back with another single. In our previous interview, Rauly did mention that he always wanted to be an artist and he’s been writing for over ten years now. It is beautiful to see him capturing his moment and building momentum one release at a time. Now let’s get in to Rauly’s latest single This Is Love.

Rauly solidifies his place in Pop/R&B with new single “This Is Love”

As mentioned before, we got a taste of what Rauly is capable of on his first single “In The Eyes”. He described the single as the perfect introduction to his sound. Rauly has a knack for making infectious love songs with a modern day twist. His singing ability, knowledge of song structure, beat selection, and vocal layering make it really hard for Rauly to make a song that doesn’t sound good (press play above and see for yourself).

On “In The Eyes”, the west coast artist was singing with vigor full of frustration. His lyrics told a story of someone who is mentally stuck in an awkward gray area in their relationship. They were passed the point of a fling, but unsure if the situation was love. Rauly captured that emotion perfectly with just enough grit to get his point across. On “This Is Love”, things get a bit sweeter for the singer this time. Intentionally released on Valentine’s Day, Rauly doesn’t have to wonder if this is love anymore, he’s claiming it. The Fullerton artist describes just how he feels with beautiful lyrics that anyone who’s ever loved can relate to.
