Mo Blacc was born in Jonesboro, AR, and raised in Missouri. Mo Blacc has always been around music in his life, family members also encouraged his passion for music. Both parents were into music, and he followed in their footsteps with his own style. Mo Blacc’s role models were singers like Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, U2K, Rakim, Scarface, Tupac, Jay Z, and Dr. Dre, to name only a few.

Mo Blacc’s talent as a songwriter began to bud when he was a youngster and has continued into adulthood. My track “Run Away” is about the feeling that people get when they are so overwhelmed, and that is the only way that they see out. Trying to “Run Away” to something better, and escape the trials and tribulations of life.
