Beatlxrd – “Robbery”

Beatlxrd informs gold diggers that he’s far from a fool in his latest song, “Robbery.” The rapper speaks his piece over a hip-hop West Coast-inspired instrumental with video game elements. Lyrically, he addresses others who attempt to pick-pocket him.

The “Diamond Cut” lyricist lets it be known that he’s fully aware of their motives. However, he wants no part of their trickery. He’s more concerned with elevating rather than their vile ways.

I don’t wanna pay attention/I’m focused/I got less thing just to get a bag flipped out/She do anything/I mean everything,” he raps along with “Don’t wanna be seen she lurking/Ima hide my pockets someone chuck my wallet.”

Then, Beatlxrd informs listeners that he’s real cautious of his surroundings. The musician even makes sure to implement security procedures when he’s got cash within arm’s reach.

Trust nobody, I don’t keep cash round me/I got money won’t starve gotta gift,” he raps.

Following this, we learn more about his upbringing and the experiences that have only made him wiser.

He adds that exclusive ice and drip don’t impress him. Just give him an L, and he’s good to go. Case in point, having fame and fortune does not equate to greed.

Beatlxrd drops a gem before swinging back to the song’s chorus.

“Value when alive/Better know your treasure,” he spits.
