JADE DIAMONDS – ‘Jade’s Diary Vol. 1’

JADE DIAMONDS’ cut-throat lyrics are both felt and heard in his latest EP, Jade’s Diary Vol. 1. Containing a myriad of confident-ridden bars, the rapper proves time and time again why he’s “the flyest-esper!”

As he keeps it 100, the rapper reads the opps for filth. Similarly, JADE DIAMOND doesn’t let negative comments or actions faze him. As he says in “No Lurkin’,” he “was never a common lil’ kid.”

The themes in Jade’s Diary Vol. 1 focus on his “all-or-nothing” mentality, dedication to the grind, and humbling the opps. The four songs are rooted in highly energetic hip-hop elements with a trap feel. One song that’s been making noise on the project is “No Lurkin’.”

Over a posh, galactic hip-hop beat, JADE DIAMONDS put someone trying to “pop sh*t” in their rightful place. Flowing effortlessly, the MC leads his bars with all-around confidence.

He raps in a smooth cadence, “I made it right onto ya list/Ain’t no one as honored as this/I’m packin up all of my sh*t/Cuz I’m goin holly-holly-wood/Was never a common lil’ kid/I got it, that’s obvious sh*t.

He adds that he uses the hater’s opinions as fuel for success. He raps,  “Fake love givin me clicks/Lately reality making no sense.”

Afterward, the rapper works to right his wrongs. He also speaks about stacking his cheddar. Given this, there’s no time for him to lollygag around.

Tryna make dough/I ain’t making no friends,” he raps.

By the second verse, JADE DIAMONDS is admiring a woman’s inner and outer beauty. He gives her peace of mind by adding, “whatever you need, it’s cared for.”

This act of service is followed by the rapper persuading his soon-to-be-wife to take a chance on him. Of course, he’ll do the same if she rides for JADE DIAMONDS. He adds that her ex better not pop up. If this ex decides to bring the noise, he’ll silence him with quickness.

Don’t come here yappin at me/Disturbing my peace/You askin to bleed/Huh/I ain’t wanna scatter his spleen/But I cannot let that shit happen to me, facts.

JADE DIAMONDS says,

“No Lurkin’ is a gritty and catchy tune that bluntly details my recent experiences in New York City, along with a theory on how God sees artists who take it upon themselves to create.”
