T James & Ceefa make reference to their prominence in “Havin My Way.” Over the upbeat bass-led trap production, the rappers tap into braggadocious bars to give others a gist of their luxurious lifestyle.
T James even raps,
“Tell em I’m here I ain’t goin away/Pull up on an opp block making a play/Making it hard for these niggas ok.”
As the song progresses, T James addresses the haters, warning them to watch what they say. Then, he brings the lyrics up a notch by detailing his undying work ethic & the benefits of living large. Afterward, the rapper speaks about his charm, implying that he’s currently occupied with making a fortune.
Because of his quick ascension, his peers feel inclined to pull rank. However, being in T James’ hierarchy is merely impossible. Additionally, the rapper informs other musicians that they’ll have to break bread to get him on a track.
