HunchoFR – “Control It”

HunchoFR is, in every sense of the word, a go-getter. Displaying his ambitious efforts through lyrics and business moves, the young trap soul curator strives to turn his dreams into reality. The basis of his music focuses on past experiences and staying ten toes down. The end goal for HunchoFR is to connect with his fans.

Music called to the rapper at 8-years-old. At this time, he was penning rhymes, which earned him massive support. Once he hit 13, HunchoFR moved to Atlanta, GA. He found out that spitting was his calling. As time went by, the rapper honed his skill. Down the line, the artist took a brief hiatus, only coming out stronger two years later. At the height of his comeback, he dropped his smash hit, “Love Is Pain.” Following this, he continued to showcase bangers and eventually dropped a project titled Rare. Right now, he’s prepping for the release of his album, Fr. The “Cross Me” emcee was also one of the headliners at the Stars & Stripes Indie concert series in Atlanta. 

HunchoFR’s “Control It” is doing exceptionally well. The single will be a part of his forthcoming project. Given the evidence, the song is this summer’s banger. The official lyric video spewed over 9K views in a month. The music video has amassed over 5K views. Similarly, “Control It” also has a TikTok dance, and its even scored air time on Power 105.1. At first, the song was a freestyle, but then HunchoFR and his team decided to make an extended album version and put it on the new project.

“Control It,” produced by Eardrumma Scooly, is a trap-ridden offering coupled with a booming bassline. Lyrically, HunchoFR speaks about working around the clock. After all, time waits for no one. 

He also leaves a line of warning bars for the opps. The emerging star details his uniqueness in a bouncy cadence, saying he’s a rarity. 

He spits, “Bitch I’m too real/I can get on that stand and tell nothing but lies, and I still be the truest.” 

Afterward, he tells haters that he and his day ones aren’t afraid to put them in their place if need be. Deeper into the song, we discover that he handles his own. He also treats his Mrs like royalty. However, the most important thing is to roll in dough. 

“B*tch wanna f*ck but she mad that she can’t/Too much money can’t fit in the safe.”

He then details what happens to those who cross him, saying

“Off with his head /Quickest way to kill a snake.” 

He also calls the wannabe gangsters out:

“Say you a killer but that gun on your hip a lil’ dusty cuz you never used it.” 

One line pays tribute to late basketball icon Kobe Bryant. 

Towards the end, he concludes that he’s going to remain focused. His takeover is just beginning.
