What new fire music do you have out right now?

KK Love: Right now I have a lot of new music out! Including a full album “Sad Love” and a couple singles “B&B”, “Like You Do”, “Say My Name”, & “This Time”.

TR Sun: I just released a project called “Revive” in March. It’s really spacey alternative hip hop. There’s a ton more but that’s the newest.

What new fire music do you have in the works?

KK LOVE: I love this question right now! Because I’m super excited about a new R&B project I’m working on right now set to release later this year! it’s definitely packed with a lot of different sounds and new ideas.

TR: I spent a lot of time making my own music the past year and in 2021 I am really trying to grow as a producer. So at the moment I’m really excited to finish KK Love’s solo project. There’s a few other artists I’m collaborating with too but I would like to leave that as a mystery for now.

What makes for fire music?

KK LOVE: I think Raw emotion makes the best music, for me i wanna hear something that is genuine. When you Can hear tears being fought back in someone’s words, or the giggles in someone’s adlibs it makes the song so much more real.

TR Sun: It’s the feeling for me. Those songs where the producer and the artists were really on the same wave and you feel every single note in your soul. Those are the best songs.

Who’s music do you have on repeat right now?

KK LOVE: Right now besides my own music and TR Suns, I definitely have Jhene Aiko, Juice world, Kehlani, Ashnikko and hella other artists on repeat! And don’t forget to mention baby shark, and the home soundtrack since my toddlers learned how to use Spotify!

TR Sun: I try to rotate in classic albums and old school artists with current artists I’m really vibing with. But at this moment I really like Jazmin Sullivan’s album as well as Giveon’s. Both of their voices are incredible.

Tell us your favorite quote from an idol of yours!

KK LOVE: I don’t want to abandon one work for the other, and I don’t think I need to sacrifice anything to put my all into either one of them.- Aaliyah
